It was our biggest series ever and certainly one of our biggest Great Giveaways ever. Just after Christmas, we drew one winner at random from the nearly 500 comments posted to the site.

Christy Lee of Bowie, Maryland responded almost immediately to our email, her iPhone shaking in her hands and her heart "flipping out." 

Christy started sewing just over a year ago and became addicted almost instantly. We're thrilled to help feed Christy's addiction, and that of her young daughter.

"I am 36 and have a 6-year-old daughter plus many nieces and nephews who I sew for. In the last few months, my daughter has picked up on my sewing passion and has started little basic projects.
