Favorite Project Great Giveaway

Printer-friendly versionSend by emailPDF version

We’re excited to bring you a brand new Sew4Home series! The Favorite Project Great Giveaways are your chance to win fabric and/or notions from some of our most popular projects. We’re kicking off with one of last month’s top picks: The Maker’s Apron for Sewing, Crafting & More, featuring Renaissance Ribbons Ribbon Packs. We’re sharing a complete Renaissance Ribbons Ribbon Pack, exactly like the one we used, so you can create your own Maker Apron magic.

This new apron earned rave reviews thanks not only to the gorgeous ribbon highlights but also to its thirteen handy pockets, and the flexibility of a detachable bib so you can wear it as a full or half apron.

We have a complete Tula Pink Chipper Ribbon Box from Renaissance Ribbons, just like the one we used, which contains one yard each of four Tula Pink jacquard ribbons in three different widths.

We’re also including a Dritz® swivel hook for the hanging key clip.

Entering to win is as easy as being a part of the Sew4Home eNewsletter list. But, in order to learn more about all our wonderful S4H visitors, we’d also love to know what kind of maker you are. Leave us a comment below telling us which crafts, hobbies or handmade arts you participate in by yourself or with friends.

How to Enter to Win the Ribbon Box and Clip Set

To keep up-to-date on all the latest Sew4Home projects, tutorials, events and more, we invite you to sign up for our free eNewsletters we send out each Monday and Friday. You’ll find the sign-up box at the top right of any page on the site.

Simply type your email address into the box and click the blue arrow. If you already get our newsletters, you’re good to go and entered for a chance to win!

We will draw ONE winner at random from everyone who is part of the Sew4Home newsletter list as of midnight PT March 17, 2017. No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.

LOVE these ribbons!

I sew all kinds of things. My favorite things to sew though are kitchen items: placemats, mugrugs, table runners, etc. As well as other household items. Children clothes are fun too. As I am a SAHM and also home school my daughter, I don't have as much time as I would like to commit to sewing. But these ribbons would convince me to stay up a bit later at night to use them to make that apron! Thanks for this giveaway.

From early January to the first week of March, the weather has cooperated and I've happily sewed and created the following:  Sweater sets for myself, Sew4Home Travel Diaper Case & Changing Mat for 2 new Moms, pillow, tote, varying styles & sizes of pouches and fabric boxes, holiday table toppers, quilted wall hanging, started a block of the month quilt and baby quilt, embroidered blanks as gifts, created holiday table center pieces.  I'm also teaching my nehphew"s roommate to sew, so far he's made an apron, a pillow, and is currently using a McCall's pattern to make a shirt.

Love the ribbons! I used ribbons for trim in sewing projects back in the 1970s when the ribbons were new and very creative colors/styles. Haven't seen any close to what I used to use until now.
