I love love love the velveteen scarf! Just gorgeous! PJ's would look good on my hubby too! Being my aprons are looking alittle worse for wear this would be an excellent replacement. I'm not real social media savvy, but I am on facebook. I have found many wonderful ideas & projects on pininterest....twitter, not so much. I guess it's the teaching an old dog new tricks kinda thing. Thanx, so much, for your very excellent tutorials! I have been sewing for....., let's just say many years, lol, & I have been learning some shortcuts. Thanx, again.

What wonderful prizes you have.  S4H has become my new online addiction this year.  The turorials are great refresher mini courses with new tips included.  The happy pants would be great to wear all day and night, and comfy too.  The velvet scarf looks lucious.  Thank you for hosting a great site for sewing.  The best I have found yet.

It's such a shame you only open your giveaways to USA! I've been a loyal subscriber for years,,and would sure love to see these things at my house. (Believe it or not,,,,we wear pants, scarves, and aprons in Canada!)

@ mahoo - Unfortunately, we have to limit our giveaways to USA postal addresses. We know this is a disappointment to some of our loyal visitors outside of the USA. However, to open our giveaways internationally, we would have to understand complex contest laws for every country in the world. S4H is not a huge company; the legal fees to do that are far beyond our means. So instead, we focus on providing the best free sewing tutorials, tips and inspiration we can.

@Liz Johnson.  I realize all that Liz. It was more of a tease than anything! I appreciate the tutorials, tips & inspiration. S4H is one of my "go-to"s whenever I'm starting a new project, or need advice on something. Thanks for all your work. (But, really, we do wear clothes up here!)

Thanks for helping me expand my sewing skills.  I've made lots of projects from your site and have grown in confidence enough to take your ideas and make them into something totally my own.  I transformed your pleated valance into a valance with coordinating insets and a matching shower curtain.  I've made a bunch of neck pillows, pocket tissue holders, hot pads, etc., etc.  Your tips and helpful hints have saved me time and headaches.  Thanks so much!  Please keep up the great work!
